Our prices INCLUDE FREE delivery and pick up. Orders must be a minimum of $120.00 and within 20 miles of our location to qualify for free delivery and pickup. If any order does not meet these requirements there will be a $20.00 delivery/pickup fee. Party rental delivery includes door to door on ground floor with no stairs such as garage, front door, or driveway. Pre-arrangement and additional fees are required for deliveries and pickups after normal business hours or to remote or difficult locations (i.e. back yards, decks, stairs, etc).

Includes a Full Propane Tank and it will last about 8 - 12 hours. This patio heater has about an 8 - 10 foot circle of heat and has a safety switch that immediately shuts the unit off if it is tilted. Patio heater works best if wind velocity is below 10 mph and performs better under a canopy or some other outside shelter. We setup the heater so all you have to do is turn it on and off.
