If you are a tax exempt organization, it is your responsibility to provide a tax exempt form to Island Breeze at the time of payment. The state of Texas requires that if you are a tax exempt organization and wish not to pay tax on items you rent or purchase, you must provide Island Breeze with a signed tax exempt form each year. If such form is not provided to us prior to the delivery of the rental or sale, we will have to charge the standard Texas sales tax of 8.25%. Terms and Conditions

We will attempt to contact you twice regarding this reservation request. If we cannot contact you we may cancel this request. Once Island Breeze Party Rentals has confirmed my reservation by telephone, I agree to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee or 25% of the total amount, whichever is greater for any cancellations made within 24 - 48 hours of delivery date. NO REFUNDS for Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery date. Requests to add or remove items from a rental order must be made 72 hours prior to delivery or a $40.00 fee will apply. I must provide a credit card or debit card to hold the rental items requested. I understand that my credit/debit card will be billed in full 1-2 days prior to delivery. I agree that I am at least 18 years old and understand that there must be a person at least 18 years old with a valid state ID, Driver License, or government picture ID to sign the Rental Agreement at time of delivery.

I understand that concessions, canopies, tables, chairs, and party equipment are delivered driveway to driveway unless otherwise stated. Items will be picked up from same location as delivery. Tables and chairs must be folded, stacked in one location, and cleaned when they are picked up or there will be an additional $25.00 charge. Our drivers must be able to back in their truck to load/unload tables and chairs or extra fees will apply (long driveways with low tree limbs restricting access to the entire driveway). Our free delivery and pick up is for orders that are a minimum of $120.00 and within 20 miles of our location. If any order does not meet these requirements there will be a nominal delivery fee. Delivery of tables, chairs, and canopies are door to door on ground floor with no stairs such as garage, front door, or driveway. We setup frozen drink machines, patio heaters, and ice cream machines in your desired location (residential). We require prearrangement of deliveries and pickups outside our normal business hours or to remote or difficult locations (e.g. large back yards, decks, stairs, elevators, etc). Additional fees will apply for the above and for non ground floor deliveries. No cooking, grilling, BBQ pits, log fires, or silly string is allowed under our tents and canopies. Extra fees will apply for cleaning or damage to our tent and canopy tops. Frozen drink machines, ice cream machines, and most other equipment are usually delivered at least 2 hours prior to event time OR earlier. Tents, canopies, and large table/chairs orders are usually delivered 1 day prior to event. Any missed scheduled delivery or pickup will incur an additional $25.00 charge. We will call you at least one day before your event to reconfirm your order. If we cannot get in contact with you, we may cancel your order.

Delivery times are as singed one day prior to delivery. We will call you with your time. Pick up times are given at delivery.

Frozen drink machines and ice cream machines can only be placed where the cart can be rolled to. Carts will not roll on grass and only roll on smooth hard surfaces. Skirts for frozen drink machine carts are first come first serve and may be substituted with black. Skirt orders are filled by reservation date. All Taylor frozen drink machines, double dispensing frozen drink machines, and soft serve ice cream machines require a dedicated 20 amp outlet. Single frozen drink machines require a dedicated 15 amp outlet. Customer is responsible for checking outlet/circuits prior to delivery. No refunds will be given due to electrical outlet failure. ALL frozen drink machines and soft serve ice cream machines MUST be placed under a structure away from the sunlight and other weather elements. * Gratuities for the delivery drivers are not required, but they are greatly appreciated.

** Orders submitted within 48 hours of delivery date are subject to a minimum $25.00 Rush Service fee.

WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All customer information is 100% confidential. Reserve as early as possible to ensure availability. A valid credit/debit card is required for security purposes at time of reservation. We accept cash, company checks, and credit/debit cards only. Final payment is due 1-2 days before your delivery date with credit/debit card or cash payment can be made at delivery. Cash payments will need a security deposit with a credit/debit card.
