Orders must be a minimum of $130.00 and within 20 miles of our location to qualify for delivery and pickup. Orders that are outside of 20 miles may require a higher minimum order. We have nominal delivery fees. Equipment rental prices are for a 1 day rental.
Party rental equipment delivery includes door to door on ground floor with no stairs such as garage, front door, or driveway.
Pre-arrangement and additional fees are required for deliveries and pickups after normal business hours or to remote or difficult locations (i.e. back yards, decks, stairs, etc).

Rent a portable Waycool evaporative cooler for $140.00 each. Keep your guests nice and cool in the summer heat with this awesome evaporative cooler. This portable cooler can lower the effective
air temperature by up to 15 degrees Fahrenheit, even works on high humidity days. It provides approximately 600 square feet of cooling coverage and 2 fan speeds.
The large on-board water reservoir can be connected to a 3/4" garden hose for continuous use or manually filled with 14 gallons of water. A full tank of water will last about 3-4 hours without a garden hose connection.
CFM on low is 1320 and on high is 1560. Small amounts of water may drip from the unit. Customer must provide water hose and extension cord. We can provide these for a nominal fee.

Rent a 7 ft. 48,000 BTU Outdoor Stainless Steel Patio Heater for $95.00 each or 2 for $180.00. Don't let a cold Houston night ruin your event. Keep your guests comfortable and warm with our outdoor heater. Your guests will gather around the heater like a camp fire. Rental includes a Full propane tank and it will
last about 8 - 12 hours with an adjustable temperature setting. This patio heater has about an 8 - 12 foot circle of heat, raising the temperature 10 - 20 degrees and has a safety switch that
immediately shuts the unit off if it is tilted. Heater includes an attached tabletop for drinks. Patio heater works best if wind velocity is below 10 mph and performs better under a tent/canopy or some other outside shelter. We setup the heater so all you have to do is turn it on and off.

Rent this oak dance floor for your event and let your guests make their dance moves on a real dance floor. A 12' x 12' dance floor will allow up to 20 guests to dance and a 16' x 16' dance floor will allow up to 35 guests. Price is for installation on clean hard level surfaces
(e.g. concrete, asphalt, carpet). Additional charges will apply for sub-flooring on grass or dirt and late night removal. Dance floors installed outside will not be installed during inclement weather or if a high chance of inclement weather exists, unless the floor will be fully
protected by a tent.

Rent our 3500 running watt commercial generator for $95.00 each. Generator has 4500 surge watts. This quiet generator has (1) NEMA 5-20R 120V-20A, (1) NEMA TT-30R 120V-30A, and (2) USB ports. The electric start allows for easy start ups.
The fuel tank capacity is 2.6 gallons and provides up to 10 hour run time @ 25% load. Includes a 5 gallon gas container.
